Three peptides, one program.
Each peptide has its own role. Together they are designed to cover repair, growth hormone support, and overnight recovery in a single protocol.
Titan Protocol
An elite, muscle-building blueprint engineered to maximize growth, accelerate repair, and increase performance.
The Titan Protocol unites BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin into a single, synergistic muscle-building program designed to help your body rebuild stronger with every training cycle. BPC-157 supports accelerated tissue repair and gut integrity, helping you recover faster and train harder. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin work in tandem to gently stimulate your body's natural growth hormone release, enhancing protein synthesis, lean muscle development, and nighttime recovery without overwhelming your system.
Bundle pricing to be confirmed
BPC-157
Supports accelerated tissue repair and gut integrity, helping you recover faster between sessions so you can train harder.
CJC-1295
A growth hormone releasing hormone analog. It may support a steadier, longer rise in your body's own growth hormone.
Ipamorelin
A selective growth hormone secretagogue. Paired with CJC-1295, it may support protein synthesis, lean muscle, and deeper sleep.

Most patients start with 3 months.
Muscle is built across training cycles, not weeks. A longer course gives the protocol time to work and lowers your monthly rate.

Questions before you start
What is in the Titan Protocol?
Three peptides: BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin. BPC-157 supports tissue repair and gut integrity. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin work together to gently stimulate your body's natural growth hormone release, which may support protein synthesis, lean muscle, and nighttime recovery.
Can I get these peptides individually?
Yes. BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin are each available on their own. The same assessment covers all of them, and your physician will tell you whether the full stack or a single peptide may be appropriate.
Why take CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin together?
They act on growth hormone release through two different pathways. CJC-1295 may support a longer, steadier rise, while Ipamorelin may prompt a short, selective pulse. Paired, they are designed to support your body's own production without overwhelming your system.
Are these FDA-approved?
The compounded peptide formulations offered through AIRA have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the uses described on this page. They can only be prescribed through licensed clinicians where state law allows.
Can I use these if I compete in a drug-tested sport?
No. BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin all appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. If you are subject to testing at any level, do not start these protocols without clearing it with your governing body first.
What happens after I submit the assessment?
First we confirm your information is complete and that treatment is available in your state. Then a licensed physician reviews your history and either approves or declines the protocol. Not everyone is approved, and if anything is missing we'll come back to you before it goes to review.
How long before I notice anything?
Sleep quality is usually what people mention first. Changes in body composition and lean muscle build over months alongside consistent training, which is why most patients start on a 3- or 6-month plan. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
What side effects should I know about?
Reported side effects are generally mild, most commonly redness or irritation at the injection site. Growth hormone secretagogues can also cause water retention, flushing, or increased hunger in some people. Much of the research is preclinical, so the long-term safety picture is still incomplete. Your physician will review your full history first.
Who should avoid these therapies?
Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid them. Anyone with active or a recent history of cancer should not use them, because these peptides can support growth hormone activity, blood vessel growth, and tissue proliferation. Athletes subject to anti-doping testing should not use them either. The assessment screens for these.
How does it arrive?
Your treatment ships cold overnight in discreet packaging and arrives already reconstituted, so there's no mixing or preparation on your end.
These peptides appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. If you compete in any drug-tested sport, consult your governing body before beginning treatment.
