Not approved by the clinician? You won't be charged.

Every intake is reviewed by a licensed prescriber before anything is billed or shipped.

Questions before you start

Do I have to choose between them?

No. The assessment asks about both, and your clinician determines whether one or both are appropriate for you. If you're interested in both, use "Both protocols" under Pricing to see the bundle rate, and the "for both" button pre-selects them in your assessment.

How is treatment taken?

Both GHK-Cu and NAD+ are self-administered subcutaneous injections you do at home. Your shipment includes the medication, supplies, and step-by-step instructions, and your clinician's protocol tells you how often to take it.

What if I'm not approved?

You won't be charged. A licensed prescriber reviews every intake, and if treatment isn't appropriate for you, nothing is billed and nothing ships.

Is it available in my state?

You need to be 18 or older and located in a state where we can prescribe, which is most U.S. states. The assessment checks both up front, before a clinician reviews anything, so you'll know right away.

Can I take both at the same time?

Often, yes. They act on different pathways, so they're frequently used together. Whether that's right for you is a decision your prescriber makes after reviewing your history.

How long before I notice anything?

It varies from person to person, and neither is an overnight change. Changes in skin with GHK-Cu are generally described as gradual over a course of treatment, which is one reason most patients start with a 3-month plan. With NAD+, what people notice and when varies widely. Your clinician can set expectations based on your history. Individual results vary.

How does billing work on a 3 or 6 month plan?

You're billed once, up front, for the full plan term at the per-month rate shown on the plan. There's no separate monthly charge during that term. The plan renews at the end of the term unless you change or cancel it before the renewal date.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime. On a 3- or 6-month plan, you can change or cancel before your next renewal date from your account or by contacting support.

Is it HSA/FSA eligible?

Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for physician-prescribed treatment. Eligibility depends on your plan administrator, so check with them first. We can provide an itemized receipt on request.

Are GHK-Cu and NAD+ FDA-approved?

Neither GHK-Cu nor NAD+ has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They can only be prescribed through licensed clinicians where state law allows.

What side effects should I know about?

Reported side effects for both are generally mild. With GHK-Cu, some people notice temporary redness or mild irritation at the injection site. With NAD+, some notice flushing, nausea, or a tight sensation as levels adjust. Your clinician will review your full history first.

Who should avoid these therapies?

Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid both. People with active cancer, significant kidney or liver conditions, or a copper metabolism disorder should discuss it with their own physician first. The assessment screens for these.

What does "third-party tested" mean here?

Batches are sent to an independent laboratory that verifies identity and purity before the pharmacy dispenses them. That testing is separate from the compounding pharmacy's own quality checks.
